Filament Nylon Fabrics

We offer filament nylon 6,6 fabrics developed specifically for the mechanical rubber industry. Continuous filament yarn delivers high tensile strength, excellent abrasion resistance, and high elongation under load — the properties required for reinforcement in hose, belting, and molded rubber goods. Fabrics can be heat set for dimensional stability and RFL dipped in SBR, neoprene, or NBR for adhesion to your compound.

We offer fabrics in a wide variety of nylon 6,6 yarns from 210 denier to 1890 denier. We also offer a very open, 2oz, 4oz and 9oz leno weave, for rubber strike through. Whether you need an open leno construction for maximum rubber penetration or a heavy square woven fabric for load-bearing reinforcement, we can match yarn denier, construction, and finish to your requirement or specification.
